Shipping
How do I track my order?
If you have paid for tracked shipping, you will be sent a tracking number and link once your item has been packaged. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking number to update.
How long will my order take to arrive?
My processing time is currently 3 days. Everything is shipped from Seattle, and generally domestic orders will arrive within 2-14 business days. This varies depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping options can be viewed at checkout, and pricing is variable depending on the contents of your order and where your package is being shipped.
Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately, due to recent events, I am unable to ship internationally at this time. I hope to ship internationally in the future.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
If your order has not yet shipped, no problem! Reach out as soon as possible. However, once I drop your package off at the post office, it may no longer be possible to reroute your package. Please reach out to me via email and I will do my best to find a solution for you.
Apparel Info, Returns/Exchanges
Who makes your apparel, and why?
I work with a third party to produce made to order apparel. This saves me a ton of space in my studio, because I don't have to store bulky clothing items in multiple sizes and colors. It also saves me money- I don't have to purchase inventory upfront and risk ordering too many of one size. This also means I can offer more colors and sizes!
What should I do if I need to make a return or exchange?
Because apparel products are made to order, I don't accept returns or size exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with the print, embroidery, or another visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at ravenfire-alchemy-shop@support.fourthwall.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Do you accept returns/refunds/exchanges?
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please reach out via email. Otherwise, I do not offer refunds. If there's something wrong with your order, please contact me via email at ravenfirealchemy@gmail.com.
I received the wrong product or my item arrived damaged, what do I do?
I'm so sorry! Reach out via email within 5 days of receipt, and include pictures of the affected item(s). I'll send out a new one, offer a refund, or come up with another solution on a case-by-case basis.
I ordered the wrong item, can it be exchanged?
If your item hasn't shipped yet, send an email ASAP! If your order has already arrived, please reach out via email within 5 days of delivery and I'll do my best to help.

Do you sell at conventions, street markets, or in store?

What tools do you use for your art?
For my digital art, I primarily use Clip Studio Paint, both on my iPad Air 13" (2024) and on my desktop using a Huion drawing tablet. Generative tools are never a part of my process. I print stickers myself using a Canon iP8720 and cut them using a Silhouette Cameo 4. I take product photos using my iPhone 16 Pro.
Do you sell wholesale?
Not at this time- reach out via email if you are interested, and we can try to work something out.
Do you take commissions?
Not right now! I'd like to offer them in the future, so keep an eye out on my social media for announcements.
